The Gulf Council for Foreign Relations (GCFFR) is an independent centre focusing on the connections between the Gulf Co-operation Council countries and the World. It is dedicated to studying, analysing and disseminating alternative ideas so that policymakers, media, students,
and interested citizens, can better understand the global and the foreign policy choices facing
the region.
